  • 1 medium head green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  • Cut cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks, keeping core intact.
  • Mix olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and caraway seeds.
  • Brush mixture on both sides of cabbage steaks. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Place steaks in air fryer basket, cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Flip, cook additional 7-10 minutes until edges are crispy and center is tender.
  • Drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with goat cheese before serving.
