Air Fryer Funnel Cakes

- 3 cups birthday cake mix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
- Whisk together the cake mix, egg, milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until you create a smooth batter. The mixture should feel thick but still pour easily.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Line the air fryer basket with a single sheet of parchment paper.
- Spoon or pipe small mounds of batter (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the parchment, making sure you leave space between each bite.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, checking until the bites turn golden and puff up.
- Remove the bites from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Repeat this process with any remaining batter.
- Dust the warm bites with powdered sugar or drizzle them with melted white chocolate, vanilla glaze, and sprinkles if you want extra sweetness.
- Serve the bites warm and top with whipped cream if you choose to use it.
