Biscoff Brownies
Fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with creamy Biscoff cookie butter and crunchy Biscoff cookies for a rich dessert with caramelized cookie flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter slightly warmed
- 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment and lightly spray.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, then whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until glossy. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips and most of the crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Warm the Biscoff cookie butter just enough to make it spoonable, then drop spoonfuls over the batter and gently swirl with a knife.
- Add more Biscoff cookies on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is fudgy but not liquid.
- Cool before slicing into thick squares.
