Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 ½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 can 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet 1 oz onion soup mix
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add rice, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  • Place chicken thighs on top of rice mixture.
  • Cook on low 4 hours until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot.
