Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, white scallion parts, salt, and red pepper flakes. Form into 1 ½ inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Brush meatballs with vegetable oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, buffalo sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey for the sauce.
Serve meatballs over rice or on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chopped green scallion parts and sesame seeds (optional).
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.- Reserve green scallion parts for garnish.- Sesame seeds are optional.- Can be topped with extra red pepper flakes for more heat.
