Garlic Butter Pepperoni Pizza Muffins
Quick and easy garlic butter pepperoni pizza muffins recipe! Cheesy, pull-apart pizza muffins are a quick snack made with garlic butter, pizza sauce, and mozzarella in dough!

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 15 pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- Dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and thoroughly grease a jumbo muffin pan.
- Quarter each biscuit and place all pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut each pepperoni slice into quarters. Add the pepperoni pieces and shredded mozzarella to the bowl with the biscuit pieces and mix well.
- Place approximately 6 biscuit pieces with cheese and pepperoni into each muffin cup, distributing the mixture evenly among all cups.
- Cut half the stick of butter into 12 small pieces. Place one piece on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins are golden brown and bubbly.
- While the muffins are baking, melt the remaining half stick of butter in a small bowl. Add the garlic salt and dried parsley to the melted butter and mix well.
- When the muffins are done, immediately brush each one with the garlic-parsley butter mixture.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
